How Power BI Staff Augmentation Helped Horizon Analytics Achieve SEK 29.6M Revenue

Horizon Analytics, founded in Europe in 2017, is a data analytics company specializing in Power BI solutions that help organizations transform complex business data into clear, actionable insights. As demand for their analytics services grew across Europe, the company began handling an increasing number of projects and clients. However, the rapid growth created operational pressure, as the founder struggled to manage expanding workloads due to a shortage of skilled technical resources in Sweden. This limitation slowed project delivery and restricted the company’s ability to scale its services and continue innovating for its clients.

To overcome this challenge, Horizon Analytics partnered with Prime Horizon to build a scalable development support system.
